Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy complies with Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, the GDPR and Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), and follows the Guide on the use of cookies issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser’s local storage) allow information about your visit to be remembered.
1. What we use and what we do not
On obralia3d.com we use only technical cookies, which do not require consent, and third-party analytics cookies, which are installed only if you accept them. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, nor do we profile users. If analytics is not enabled on the site, no cookie banner is displayed because there is nothing to consent to.
2. Cookies and storage used
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | OBRALIA (first-party) | Remember the language you have chosen so that the website is displayed in that language | 1 year | Technical / personalisation (exempt) |
| obralia-consent | OBRALIA (first-party, local storage) | Store your choice regarding analytics cookies | Until you delete it | Technical (exempt) |
| _ga | Google Ireland Limited | Distinguish users and measure website usage (Google Analytics 4) | 2 years | Analytics (with consent) |
| _ga_<ID> | Google Ireland Limited | Maintain session state in Google Analytics 4 | 2 years | Analytics (with consent) |
Analytics cookies are activated only after you click “Accept”. Until then, Google Analytics operates with consent denied and without storing cookies. We have IP address anonymisation enabled. The events we measure (for example, use of the calculator or submission of forms) do not include personal data.
3. How to accept, reject or withdraw consent
- In the banner, choose “Accept” or “Reject”. Both options have the same visual prominence, and rejecting does not limit your use of the website.
- To change your mind, delete the site data in your browser (this will remove “obralia-consent” and the banner will be displayed again) or configure your browser:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies. Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security. Safari: Preferences > Privacy. Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
- You can prevent Google analytics on all websites by using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
4. Third-party cookies and transfers
Google Analytics may involve data transfers to the United States covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses. More information in Google’s privacy policy and in our Privacy Policy.
5. Retention of consent
We keep your choice for as long as you do not delete the site data and, in any case, we will ask you again when the cookies we use change or, at most, every 24 months.
6. Updates
If we add new cookies or change their purpose, we will update this table and ask for your consent again where appropriate.
