OBRALIA 3D builds hotels and aparthotels as turnkey main contractor, from design to handover. We combine 3D-printed concrete for walls and basements with the UNIMODUL modular steel system for repeatable rooms, which shortens on-site time and keeps cost under tighter control.

How much does it cost to build a hotel with your system?
It depends on floor area, site, category and finishes. We do not publish fixed prices without a study: the calculator gives an indicative range and, after assessing the site and brief, we prepare a fixed quotation.
