Turnkey houses and villas with 3D printing

We design and build single-family homes and villas with 3D-printed concrete walls, from plot to handing over the keys.

Turnkey houses and villas with 3D printing

An OBRALIA 3D turnkey house includes design, construction and key handover under a single contractor. Structural walls are 3D-printed in concrete, allowing continuous shapes, high precision and a more controlled building process. Before quoting we validate the plot and the brief.

What you gain with this system

Design with its own shapes

3D printing allows curved walls and details that would be costly with conventional techniques.

Controlled process

Concrete is placed layer by layer by machinery guided by the project model, with fewer deviations.

A budget before you start

We assess the plot and the indicative calculator gives you the range before you commit.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a 3D-printed house cost?

It depends on floor area, plot, design and finishes. We do not publish fixed prices without a study: the calculator gives an indicative range and the technical assessment defines the quotation.

Is it legal to build a 3D-printed house in Spain?

A 3D-printed home needs, like any other, a technical project, a building licence and compliance with the Technical Building Code. Each case is reviewed with the competent professionals and the town hall.

Where do you build?

We are based in Vinaròs and work mainly in Castellón, Tarragona, Barcelona and Valencia, as well as projects in other provinces of Spain.
